We, the parties, who are husband and wife, got married on 10th August, 2018. Due to various domestic disputes and other reasons, marriage has become difficult between us. Therefore, we parties have unanimously decided this with the advice of our dear friends and guardians. Therefore, we have admitted the following things in the presence of witnesses:
1. I, the first party, Asiya, of my own free will and desire, without any pressure or seduction, granted a divorce to my husband Asad on the condition of total maintenance. I will not have any demand from the first party. Son Muhammad Asad Ahmed, who is currently four years old, will be under the custody of his father when he turns seven years old.And at that time whatever is decided by the consent of the parties.
2. I, the second party, Asad Ahmed, with my own conscious mind, without any pressure or seduction, gave a Bain divorce to my wife Asia Tirmizi. Now the plaintiff is no longer my wife.
We, the parties hereto, acknowledge that we will not take any legal proceedings against each other in any court or society in the future, if any, it will be considered illegal and void.After reading this document, we put our signatures and thumbs on it and submitted it to Darul-Qaza so that it remains valid and useful when needed.
