Mir Mohammad Ahsan Ejad Sirhindi

میر محمد احسن ایجاد سرہندی ,سید مبارک غزنوی کی اولاد میں تھے جو شمس الدین التمش کے عہد میں دہلی میں آکر مقیم ہوگئے تھے. بعد میں یہ خاندان دہلی سے سامانہ میں مقیم ہوگیا تھا جو اس دور میں سرہند کے تحت تھا.میر محمد احسن ایجاد نےشاعر اور مؤرخ کی حیثیت سے شہرت پائی .شہزادہ محمد اعظم کی فوج میں رہےشاعری میں بیدل سے اصلاح لی شہزادہ محمد اعظم کی وفات کے بعدفوجدار اٹاوہ محمد ماہ خیر اندیش خاں  کمبوہ سے متوسل ہوگئے.
بہادر شاہ اول کے عہد میں وہ نظام الملک آصف جاہ کے نمائندے کی حیثیت سےشہزادہ عظیم الشان کے دربار میں رہتے تھے,سہ صدی منصب ملا ہوا تھا,فرخ سیر نے انہیں معنی یاب خاں کا لقب عطا کیاتھا اور درباری مورخ کی حیثیت سے فرخ سیرنامہ لکھنے پر مامور ہوئے١۷۲۰ء میں  اکبر آباد میں وفات پائی.

غیر طبعی بلڈپریشر کی حالت میں طلاق کا حکم

بعض مرتبہ بلڈپریشر معمول سے زیادہ بڑھ جانے کی بناپربہت سے لوگ طلاق دیدیتے ہیں.آیا بی پی کے مریض نےبلڈشر بڑھ جانے کی حالت میں اپنی بیوی کو اگر طلاق دیدی تو طلاق واقع ہوگی یا نہیں؟تو اس سلسلے میں فقہاء اور اطباء زمانہ کا اس پر اتفاق ہے کہ بلڈ پریشر بڑھ جانے کی صورت میں مریض کی دماغی کیفیت بسااوقات غیر متوازن ہوجاتی ہے.فقہاء یہ کہتے ہیں کہ اگر ماہر ومعتبر ڈاکٹر اس کی تصدیق کردیں کہ بلڈ پریشر کی بناپر مریض کا دماغی توازن درست حالت پر نہیں رہتا تو یقینا ایسی حالت می دی ہوئی طلاق واقع نہیں ہوگی. ردالمحتار میں ہے.واماخروج مزاج الدماغ عن الاعتدال بسبب خلط او آفۃ ج ۲ ص ۴۲٦

Status of postmortem in Islam

There is an important matter of discussion in Islamic law that postmortem is permissible or not in Islam?so briefly we   can say that if it is inevitable as a need to know the reasons or causes behind the death or murder as supposedly for the legal matter then permissible otherwise not. There is a principal in the Islamic jurisprudence that if we have to face two risks then we choose softer one.In the autopsy important benefit of the human beings attaches by postmortem social life of human beings  may be conserved so to refrain from enormous risk this softer risk may be beare.

Sheikh Abdul Haq sajawal Sirhindi

Born in Muwanda village near Sirhind. He was teacher of some prominent personalities of Sirhind.In his poetry he praise Aurangzeb.Sheikh Masum was his teacher.He has both name Abdul Haq and Abdul Khaliq.He illustrated famous Hanafi book Sharhul waqayah in big two volumes.
He wrote:میگوید احقر العباد اللہ الغنی سجاول سرہندی کہ از ایام عنفوان جوانی زمام اختیار ایں حقیر را حضرت شیخ معصوم رسانید
Humble slave of Allah Abdul Haq sajawal Sirhindi says that in the younger age I have given rope of my options to Sheikh Masum Sirhindi.(p.93.preface of the same book)
Another book he wrote is Sharul Hidayah in four volumes in the Persian language.

Indian Fascism

 RSS insisting since 1929 to divide India into parts as Hindu and Muslim India. This outfit spreading hatred, abhorrence since their existence.one of its members were involved in the killing of the Mahatma Gandhi. Before partition, 1947 communal riots occurred by the group. The whole world understands that gaps between the two communities increased by the struggle and brainwash of the RSS,eventually the massacre of the division occurred and Pakistan came into existence.
Now, we see there is mob lynching, killing and murdering innocent people  ,reasonlesly just on a rumour it's also the result of the disgust spread by the teaching of the league.India now growing up towards Fascism which is hazardous to the Democracy.All important chairs are occupied by the personalities who were members of RSS in past.Mr.Narsimha Rao, was prime minister when Babri Masjid was razed. In his early life he was member of the outfit.Incumbent regime absolutely depends on the poisonous group, including PM, President, and several members of the Parliament therefore, we hear everyday and night that that Member of Parliament abused minorities, that threatened Muslims.This  environment of anarchy created by the RSS and it's allies.To save  India from the lawlessness, Fascism abhorrence shutting down of the outfit is the need of the time which will never possible in the BJP regime.
