CAA divides India

India faces a strong and peaceful protest against the citizenship amendment act. Its divisive law on the basis of the religion. Incumbent regime's politics run around abhorrence against Muslims, Congress party, secularism, Mahatma Gandhi, and against Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. Since Mahatma had lenient corner because of none violence doctrine,while violence against Muslims is the basic part of the RSS. And BJP pursues the ideology of the outfit. It's strong proof is everyday's derogatory addresses of the regime's members,as hegde, Anuraug's foolish speeches. They said shot down those Muslims protesting against CAA. And Mahatma Gandhi's Ideology of none violence was a drama, he never deserved to be called a Mahatma.  Indeed it's a shameful day in Indian history. CAA indeed is unconstitutional, divisive.

آج کل بھارت میں ہندوشدت پسند  بی جے پی کی حکومت ہے جو کھلم کھلا مسلمانوں کے خلاف زہر اگلتی ہے اس کے منسٹرس علی الاعلان حکومت کے خلاف احتجاج کرنے والوں پر گولی برسانے کی بات کرتے ہیں ایسی باتیں وہ  عوامی اجتماعات میں سب کے سامنے کہتے ہیں اس کے نتیجے میں دو غنڈوں نے پرامن مظاہرین پر گولیاں چلائیں, یہی بیانات اگر کوئی مسلمان دیتا حکومت اسے غدار, شدت پسند اسامہ بن لادن اسلامک اسٹیٹ  سے جوڑ دیتی ڈاکٹر ذاکر نائیک صاحب حفظہ اللہ کو جس نے آج تک کسی شدت پسندی یاحملہ کرنے کی کبھی بھی حمایت نہیں کی صرف اس وجہ سے ہندوستان چھوڑ کر ملیشیا جاناپڑاکیونکہ بنگلہ دیش کے بم دھماکے کے چند ملزمان ان کو پسند کرتے تھے, یہاں حکومت کے وزیر ممبران پارلیمنٹ گولی مارنے کی دھمکی دیتے ہیں لیکن کوئی کارروائی نہیں ہوتی, میڈیا ہمیشہ مسلم مخالف خبریں سناکر لوگوں کو بے وقوف بناتارہتاہے لیکن اب خاموش ہے!حکومت کی چاپلوسی میں رات دن مصروف,اب گولی مارنے کی دھمکی دینے والے غنڈوں کے خلاف ایک لفظ نہیں کہتا,سپریم کورٹ نے گجرات  فسادات کے ان مجرمین کو ضمانت دیدی جنہیں ہائی کورٹ نے عمرقید کی سزا سنائی تھی .جبکہ یعقوب میمن کو وہی سپریم کورٹ بلاکسی ثبوت جرم کے پھانسی کی سزا برقرار رکھتی ہے؟افضل گورو کا معاملہ, بابری مسجد کافیصلہ ,کیا یہ انصاف ہے؟ اگر یہ انصاف ہے تو دوغلا پن کسے کہتے ہیں؟ اگر کوئی مسلم اس طرح کے بیانات دیتا یاکوئی مسلم اس طرح فائرنگ کردیتا تو پورے ملک میں میڈیا کےجھوٹے پروپیگنڈے سے فسادات ہوجاتے میڈیارات دن کئ مہینے تک اسی موضوع پر کتوں کی طرح بھونکتا رہتا, اور بالآخر سپریم کورٹ سے جب تک پھانسی نہ ہوجاتی اس وقت تک چپ نہ بیٹھتا.جب کہ یہ صاف ظاہر ہے کہ گولیاں چلانے والے حکومت کے ارکان کے بیانات سے متاثرتھے پھر اس پر پابندی کیوں نہیں,ان غنڈوں کوکیوں جیل میں نہیں ڈالاجاتا جو اس طرح کے بیانات دیتے ہیں ؟الیکشن کمیشن نےصرف بہتر گھنٹے کی پابندی لگائی ہے یہ خود انصاف کے ساتھ بھونڈامذاق ہے. آر ایس ایس,پر پابندی کیوں نہیں؟اس پر نہیں لگ سکتی !کیوں کہ وہی حکومت چلارہی ہے.  کیا پرامن احتجاج کرنا جرم ہے ؟پھر حکومت مظاہرین پر کیوں زیادتی کررہی ہے؟
جب تک حکومت نفرت انگیز قانون واپس نہیں لے گی اس وقت تک یہ مظاہرے بند نہیں ہوں گے. سپریم کورٹ کی کارروائی بھی اس سلسلے میں مضحکہ خیز ہے. بی بی سی اردو نے آج ہی اس پر ایک مضمون شائع  کیا ہے. جو قابل دید ہے. ہے سپریم کورٹ نے دفعہ ٣۷۰, اور سی اے اے میں  مکمل طور سے حکومت کی حمایتی نظر آرہی ہے اس سے انصاف کے نظام پر ایک سوالیہ نشان لگتاہے. یہ رویہ نظام عدل کو ظلم وبربریت کی طرف لیجارہاہے.  بین الاقوامی برادری کو اس پر خاموشی توڑنی چاہئے .

مستدرک میں حاکم نے یہ روایت بیان کی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ والہ نے ایک خواب دیکھابہت سی سیاہ بکریاں ہیں جن میں بہت سی سفید بکریاں آکر مل گئیں. صحابہ نے عرض کیاحضور نے اسکی کیاتعبیر لی؟. آپنےفرمایا عجمی لوگ تمہارے دین ونسب میں شریک ہوجائیں گے. صحابہ نےعرض کیا کیاعجمی لوگ ہمارے شریک ہوں گے؟ آپ نے فرمایا:اگر دین ثریامیں بھی معلق ہوگاتو عجمی لوگ اسے وہاں سی بھی نکال لائیں گے.

ایک دوسری روایت میں ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا میں نے خواب دیکھا کہ کالی بکریوں کے پیچھےسفید بکریاں آرہی ہیں .پھر حضرت ابوبکر صدیق سے فرمایااس کی تعبیر بیان کرو! حضرت صدیق اکبر نے فرمایا:عرب دین میں آپ کااتبا ع کریں گے. اور عجم ان کا اتباع کریں گے. یہ سن کر حضور نے فرمایاصحیح ہے. فرشتے نے بھی یہی تعبیر دی تھی.

Sulaiman Bin Mehran's reply to Hisham bin Abdul Malik, the Caliph of the time.سلیمان بن مہران اعمش کا جوابی خط ہشام بن عبد الملک خلیفۂ وقت کے نام

ابن خلکان  نے لکھا ہے کہ مشہور تابعی سلیمان بن مہران جو اعمش کے لقب سے مشہور ہیں خلیفہ ہشام بن عبد الملک  نے انہیں ایک خط لکھا کہ وہ حضرت عثمان غنی رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت علی  رضی اللہ عنہ کے مناقب مساوی طورپر لکھ کر بھیج دیں.اعمش نے وہ خط قاصد کے ہاتھ سے لیکر پڑھا اور پڑھ کر بکری کے منھ میں دیدیا, بکری اسے چباگئی. اعمش نےاس کے بعد قاصد سے کہا یہی اس خط کا جواب ہے.  یہ سن کر قاصد چل دیا.پھر وہ تھوڑی دور جاکر لوٹ آیا اوراعمش کی خوشامد کرتے ہوئے  کہنے لگا خلیفہ نے قسم کھائی تھی کہ اگر تو جواب نہ لے کر آیا تو تجھے قتل کردوں گا. قاصد نے اپنے بھائیوں کو بیچ میں ڈال کر اعمش کی خوشامد کرکے جواب لکھنے پر بہرحال انہیں آمادہ کرلیا.چنانچہ اعمش نے درج ذیل جواب لکھا
امابعد, اگر حضرت عثمان غنی رضی اللہ عنہ  میں  دنیابھر کی خوبیاں ہوں تواس سے تمہیں کوئی فائدہ نہیں اور اگر بفرض محال حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ میں دنیا بھر کی برائیاں ہوں تو اس سے تمہارا کوئی نقصان نہیں .لہذا آپ کو چاہئیے کہ آپ اپنے نفس میں غور کریں.فقط.والسلام علیکم و رحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ. 

The humiliation of the Mahatma.

Mahatma Gandhi is the father of the Indian nation, certainly he was a pure spirit of human beings, the messenger of peace and none violence.He had been killed by Nathuram Godse on 30th January 1948. The killer was a member of RSS, the Hindu extremist group. Killer never apologised for the heinous crime. But now he is a hero for their crime. Unfortunately, there are several incumbent MPs or MLA's who are proud of this extremist killer. Pragya Thakur praised him publicly. In Meerut City, his temple built and worshipped. There are a number of people of extremist groups who publicly praise and proud with the killing of the Mahatma. To Love with the killer of so great personality of the century is the humiliation of humanity and India. There are a number of MPs, MLAs in the ruling regime who threaten to kill courageously. The judiciary system of country encourages criminals, Supreme Court bailout those criminals who got life imprisonment for killing innocents in Gujrat riots by the High Court. This manner of the Judiciary shows that it is not too free to judge fearlessly. As we see in Kashmir Supreme Court never ordered the regime until six months passed. It never stayed on the CAA while 28 protesting people killed by the police. while that court passed an order to give bail to the murderers.  This way of the Judiciary encourages criminals. Now we see every day and night crimes are increasing. Politics is now the synonym of crimes. Judiciary never takes suo moto action against political personalities. Its attitude towards the bigger politicians as a common man guesses appeasing. Its attitudes towards the ruling party and RSS is clearly appeasing. This kind of procedure is dangerous to the future of the Judiciary. when do we see who is the criminal? from which community or religion he or she belongs? If the police become communal, beat peaceful protesters and see standing shooter then democracy demise, crimes increase, justice is deception or illusion then. In this kind of country silence of the judiciary is a heinous crime. In this kind of situations, genocide and the Holocaust may erupt, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin may withstand again.
Do we should hope that the Supreme Court will break the silence, and will ask the government to enact a law against communalistic politics, against the praises of the killing of any innocent people especially the Mahatma.

Muslims saved number of Jewish People from genocide or Holocaust

A number of Arabs participated in efforts to help save Jewish residents of Arab lands from the Holocaust while fascist regimes controlled the territory. From June 1940 through May 1943, Axis powers, namely Germany and Italy, controlled large portions of North Africa. Approximately 1 percent of the Jewish residents, about 4,000 to 5,000 Jews, of that territory were murdered by these regimes during this period. The relatively small percentage of Jewish casualties, as compared to the 50 percent of European Jews who were murdered during the Holocaust, is largely due to the successful Allied North African Campaign and the repelling of the Axis powers from North Africa.^[1]

No occupied country in Africa or Europe was free of collaboration with the genocide campaign against the Jews, but this was more common in European countries than Arab ones. The offer made to Algerians by colonial French officials to take over confiscated Jewish property found many French settlers ready to profit from the scheme, but no Arab participated and, in the capital, Algiers itself, Muslim clerics openly declared their opposition to the idea.^[2] While some Arabs collaborated with the Axis powers by working as guards in labor camps^{[citation needed]}, others risked their own lives to attempt to save Jews from persecution and genocide.

Arab rescue efforts were not limited to the Middle East – Si Kaddour Benghabrit, the rector of the Great Mosque of Paris, according to different sources, helped from 100^[1][3] to 500 Jews disguise themselves as Muslims. There are examples of non-Arab Muslim populations assisting Jews to escape from the Holocaust in Europe, in Albania for example. In September 2013, Yad Vashemdeclared an Egyptian doctor, Mohammed Helmy, one of the Righteous Among the Nations for saving the life of Anna Gutman (née Boros), putting himself at personal risk for three years, and for helping her mother Julie, her grandmother Cecilie Rudnik, and her stepfather Georg Wehr, to survive the holocaust. Helmy is the first Arab to have been so honoured.^[4]

Si Ali SakkatEdit

During his career Si Ali Sakkat held positions of a government minister and mayor of Tunis. By 1940 Si Ali Sakkat was enjoying retirement on his farm at the base of Jebel Zaghouan. There was a forced labor camp for the Jews not far away from Sakkat's farm. Jews from the camp were put to work repairing an airfield, which was regularly bombed by Allies. Arabs saw how Germans who ran the camp beat Jews on a regular basis. One night, during an especially heavy battle, sixty Jewish laborers were able to escape. The first structure they encountered was the wall of Sakkat's farm. They knocked on the gate, and were allowed shelter and food. They were also allowed to stay until the liberation of Tunisiaby Allied forces.^[5]

Khaled Abdul-WahabEdit

Abdul-Wahab was a son of a well-known Tunisian historian. He was 32 years old
when the Germans occupied Tunisia. He was an interlocutor between the Nazis and the population of the coastal town of Mahdia. When he overheard German officers planning to rape a local Jewish woman, Odette Boukhris, he hid the woman and her family, along with about two dozen more Jewish families, at his farm outside of town. The families stayed there for four months, until the occupation ended. Abdul-Wahab is sometimes called the Arab Oskar Schindler.^[6]In 2009 two trees were dedicated to honor his bravery. One tree was planted in Adas Israel Garden of the Righteous in Washington, D.C., the other was planted in the Garden of the Righteous Worldwide. His daughter Faiza attended the ceremony in Milan.^[7]

Shaykh Taieb el-OkbiEdit

Taieb el-Okbi was a member of Algerian Islah (Reform) Party, and a friend of the prominent Algerian reformist Abdelhamid Ben Badis, who was tolerant of different religions and cultures. Ben Badis founded and directed the Algerian League of Muslims and Jews. He died before Vichy forces occupied Algeria, but Taieb el-Okbi took his place. Taieb el-Okbi discovered that the leaders of the pro-fascist group the Légion Français des Combattants were planning a Jewish pogrom with the help of Muslim troops. He did everything he could to prevent it and issued a fatwa ordering Muslims not to attack Jews.^[8] His actions were compared to French archbishops Jules-Géraud Saliège and Pierre-Marie Gerlier, both of whom saved some Jews in France.^[9]

Muslim rescue efforts in EuropeEdit

Albania, a predominantly Muslim country, saved almost all of its resident Jewish population.^[10][11][12] The survival rate in the then-Yugoslavian province of Kosovo was 60%, making it one of the areas with the highest Jewish survival rate in Europe.^[13]

Refik VeseliEdit

Most of the 2,000 Jews of Albania were sheltered by the mostly Muslim population.^[14]Refik Veseli, a 17-year-old Muslim boy, took in the family of Mosa and Gabriela Mandil, including their five-year-old son Gavra and his sister Irena, then refugees from Belgrade but originally from Novi Sad, for whom he had been working as an apprentice in their Tiranaphotographic shop. When the Germans took over from the Italians, he took them, and another Jewish family on a long night journey to his family village at Kruja, where they were protected by his parents until the war's end, some 9 months later, even against Enver Hoxha's partisans. His example inspired his whole village to risk their lives in order to protect Jews.^[15] On receiving Gavra Mandil's request for them to be recognized as righteous, the authorities of Yad Vashem inscribed both Refka and Drita Veseli in 1988 among the Righteous. The story became better known after Albania's surviving Jewish community was allowed to perform aliyah in the 1990s,^[16]

Many survivors told how their Albanian hosts vied for the privilege of offering sanctuary, on the grounds that it was an Islamic ethical obligation.^[17] Since that date, a further 50 Albanians have been registered among the ranks of the Righteous.^[18][19][
Now, the International community needs to make efforts to dissolve gaps between Muslims and Jewish people. There is a sever need to prevent the World from any genocide or Holocaust.
