The humiliation of the Mahatma.

Mahatma Gandhi is the father of the Indian nation, certainly he was a pure spirit of human beings, the messenger of peace and none violence.He had been killed by Nathuram Godse on 30th January 1948. The killer was a member of RSS, the Hindu extremist group. Killer never apologised for the heinous crime. But now he is a hero for their crime. Unfortunately, there are several incumbent MPs or MLA's who are proud of this extremist killer. Pragya Thakur praised him publicly. In Meerut City, his temple built and worshipped. There are a number of people of extremist groups who publicly praise and proud with the killing of the Mahatma. To Love with the killer of so great personality of the century is the humiliation of humanity and India. There are a number of MPs, MLAs in the ruling regime who threaten to kill courageously. The judiciary system of country encourages criminals, Supreme Court bailout those criminals who got life imprisonment for killing innocents in Gujrat riots by the High Court. This manner of the Judiciary shows that it is not too free to judge fearlessly. As we see in Kashmir Supreme Court never ordered the regime until six months passed. It never stayed on the CAA while 28 protesting people killed by the police. while that court passed an order to give bail to the murderers.  This way of the Judiciary encourages criminals. Now we see every day and night crimes are increasing. Politics is now the synonym of crimes. Judiciary never takes suo moto action against political personalities. Its attitude towards the bigger politicians as a common man guesses appeasing. Its attitudes towards the ruling party and RSS is clearly appeasing. This kind of procedure is dangerous to the future of the Judiciary. when do we see who is the criminal? from which community or religion he or she belongs? If the police become communal, beat peaceful protesters and see standing shooter then democracy demise, crimes increase, justice is deception or illusion then. In this kind of country silence of the judiciary is a heinous crime. In this kind of situations, genocide and the Holocaust may erupt, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin may withstand again.
Do we should hope that the Supreme Court will break the silence, and will ask the government to enact a law against communalistic politics, against the praises of the killing of any innocent people especially the Mahatma.
