Imitation or Taquleed

Imitation of Allah and messenger of Allah is obligatory as Allah says:اطیعواللہ واطیعوالرسول  . Follow Allah and Follow the messenger of Allah. If any person is able to understand all Hadith and Qur'an directly then he or she Follow the direction of Allah and the prophet Mohammad peace be upon him,as islamic scholars Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Malik, Imam Shafai,Imam Ahmad bin Hambal and other Islamic leaders did.But if any one have no knowledge of Sharia directly then he or she asks someone amongst who have knowledge of Sharia as Imam Abu Hanifa Imam Malik Imam Shafai Imam Ahmad bin Hambal etc as expert of sharia.Third option I mean in some cases following Imam Abu Hanifa and some cases imam Malik and in some other Imam Ahmad bin Hambal it's not permitted because it's  May open the gate of their own wishes. Therefore everyone is free to follow any Imam but it is not appropriate to follow in some matters Imam Abuhanifa in some Imam Malik and in some Imam Ahmad bin Hambal Because it's not be Taquleed of Sharia but it would be Taquleed of their own wishes.Taqleed of a purticular Imam is not mentioned in the Qur'an and Hadith but it's emerges in the context that if it not be mandatory to imitate any one imam then people will choose in  some issues from one imam and some from another according to their own comfort zone while in the jurisprudence of the Islamic law there's a lot of differences in some matters Imam Abuhanifa says Taboo and another imam says mandatory ,for example according to Imam Abuhanifa reciting of Qur'an behind the Imam is  makrooh tahrimi while Imam Shafai says it's wajib or mandatory Both have Hadith. Eventually it's decided by whole ummah that if any Muslim is not Mujtahid he or she imitate any of Mujtahid Imam,

  1. اطیعواللہ واطیعوالرسول
If you add some part next to these words of this ayat (wa ulil amri min kum) then you will be able to explain more easily
