Sikhism and Islam

Sikhism is derived from Hinduism and Islam. The founder of the Sikhism, Guru Nanak's parents belonged to Hinduism, Guru Nanak’s life passed mostly with Muslims, after marriage, he lived with Nawab Daulat Ali Khan of Sultanpur as a keeper of the warehouse for a long period. He used to journey till a long period, he went to Iran, Afghanistan and other Islamic countries some say he went to Makkah and performed Hajj. In Sikhism Most important matter is brotherhood and equality, besides that 11 teachings are most important(1)Oneness of God)توحید)2)Extrem love with God(عشق الہی)(3)The purity of body and spiritتذکیۂ نفس و روح (4(Citation of God, Naam Simran, or Waheguru it is basically Islamic teaching zikr e Ilahiذکر الہی(5)Pure Love, نیک محبتphilanthropy, خدمت خلوpure foodرزق حلال. (7)Concept of Islamic pillars. (8)Concept of Quran, Guru Nanak had a copy of the Holy Quran in his whole journey that is existing till now in the Gurudwara of Firozpur Punjab(9)Concept of doomsday. (10)Concept of Awagawan (11)Concept of Guru.
In Sikhism, Most last rituals are performed according to the Hinduism, and almost all holidays of Hinduism celebrated as well.
Guru Nanak performed in his lifetime, نمازSalah, and اذانAzan, and persuaded the people to the performance of زکاۃzakat and صومfasting according to Islam. Finally, we can say that Sikhism has most parts of Islam in their holy structure.
