There are some causes and reasons by existence or finding of anyone from those reasons Qazi sharia
or judge may dissolve the marriage if woman requests for it, that are as under:
1. Missing of the husband.
2. Being unable of the husband to pay maintenance.
3. Not paying daily expenses to their wife while, being able to do so.
4. Not performing marital obligations.
5.Impotence.
6. Cutting off the penis, or being too short to perform marital obligations.
7.The insanity of the husband.
8.The leprosy or AIDS or other transitive diseases of the husband.
9. Hitting or beating or torturing the wife by the husband, physically or mentally.
10. Being differences in between the husband and wife morally and socially.
11.Hurmat Musaharat.
12.Using Khiyar bulugh.

ReplyDeleteHurmat musahart means touching any that woman or girl with whom marriage is not permitted as mother, sister, sister of the mother etc with lust or desire intentionally or unintentionally in this situation marriage will be dissolved.
