https://youtu.be/jji7CMFu4yQ

 Stan Swamy

Swamy was a former director of the Jesuit-run Indian Social Institute, Bangalore from 1975 to 1986.He has questioned the non-implementation of the Fifth Schedule of the Constitution, which stipulates setting up of a Tribes Advisory Council with members solely of the Adivasi community for their protection, well-being and development in the state.

In a video circulated two days ahead of his arrest, Swamy suggested his arrest was linked to his work, as it involved dissent against government policies,an octogenarian human rights activist died in judicial custody. He had Parkinson's disease. He requested the NIA to provide him straw or sipper to get the meal, but NIA responded after 20days that he has no straw or sipper of the swampy, later on, he requested the NIA to provide him with any other straw or sipper but it was in vain. He was denied bail too by the judiciary. In another hand, Sadhvi Pragya  Thakur MP of the Ruling BJP party plays basketball in the jail. She got bail by the judiciary, while she is Malaigaon Malegaon bomb blast accused, in which several Muslim, youths died, and several Muslim youths arrested in connection with. There is a struggle by the ruling party to free her from all allegations.

After Swamy"s death, justice and humanity are ridiculed here. His death is in fact a tragedy for both the judiciary and humanity.
