Darul Qaza can accept the application of those who want to know the Sharia rules, those who do not want the sharia order we can't impose on them. If your marriage was according to Shariah then your wife has the right to have it annulled according to Shariah. The Shariah Application Act has been in force in the family affairs of Muslims in India since 1939. It is a constitutional right of every Muslim citizen under section 25 of the constitution of India to perform their religion freely, if your wife wants to dissolve their marriage according to sharia she has the right to do that. Darul qaza does not do impose their order on any citizen of India. Darul is not contradictory to Indian law,like mosque or prayers who wants to perform their prayer can do that.
