Hypocrisy or double dealing

There is the habit of some people that they show sincerity or friendliness when they meet a person but speak ill of him or act against his interests behind his back.It's condemned by the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him in the severest words.Hazrat Abu Hurairah reported that the apostle of Allah said:
On the day of resurrection, the biggest loser will be the double faced person who talks in one voice when he goes to one party,and ,in another voice when he goes to the other party.(Bukhari and Muslim)
