Bhoomi Pujan at the disputed site of Babri Masjid in Ayodhya by Prime Minister of India Mr Narender Modi has raised a number of questions, and it is purely against the spirit of the constitution. The participation of the incumbent Prime Minister of a secular country in a purely religious gathering, while fearing that it will raise many questions, turns into doubt that the decision of the Supreme Court was under pressure from the present regime and it has nothing to do with justice. There should be an impartial inquiry about the decision whether it was under pressure or not so that the truth can be revealed but the opposition parties are so weak that it cannot even raise its voice.
